About these Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the D.O.M. Christian multi-confessional digital ecosystem, including its websites, applications, communication tools, community functions, events, pastoral services and other related features.

By creating an account, accessing D.O.M. or using any part of the ecosystem, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use D.O.M.

Operator

D.O.M. is owned and operated by Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation, a church organized as a religious nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

In these Terms, “D.O.M.”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation and the digital services it operates. The D.O.M. project and the Corporation are not separate legal persons.

The D.O.M. ecosystem

D.O.M. is a Christian multi-confessional digital ecosystem intended to connect individuals, Christian communities, clergy, churches, religious organizations, charitable initiatives and related projects belonging to different Christian confessions and traditions.

Depending on availability, D.O.M. may provide:

• user accounts and public profiles
• posts, comments and community content
• subscriptions and social connections
• private or group communications
• audio and video communication
• church, community and clergy profiles
• verification features
• events and event registration
• requests for pastoral meetings or religious services
• notifications, help materials, legal documents and official notices
• other digital services connected with the D.O.M. ecosystem

Not every feature is available to every user, country, confession, organization or device.

Eligibility and minors

You must be at least 16 years old to create or independently operate a D.O.M. account.

If the laws applicable to you require parental or guardian authorization because you have not reached the age at which you may independently accept these Terms, consent to necessary data processing or use an online service, you may use D.O.M. only with valid authorization from your parent or legal guardian. Such authorization is required only where and to the extent required by applicable law.

Persons under 13 years of age may not create or independently use a D.O.M. account.

By authorizing a minor to use D.O.M., a parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for that minor’s use to the extent permitted by law. D.O.M. may request reasonable evidence of age or authorization and may restrict access if it is not provided.

Account registration and security

You must provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining an account.

You may not:

• create an account using another person’s identity without authorization
• misrepresent your identity, religious status, church affiliation or authority
• create accounts intended to mislead other users
• sell, transfer or commercially trade an account
• use an account that has been suspended or terminated without permission

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Profiles and public information

You may choose to provide profile information, including your name, image, biography, religious community, location and other information supported by the service.

You are responsible for deciding what information you make public. You must not publish private information about another person without a lawful basis or appropriate permission.

Profile information must not falsely claim religious authority, clergy status, official representation or affiliation with a church or organization.

User Content

“User Content” means posts, comments, messages, images, videos, audio, files, profile information and other material submitted by users.

You retain ownership of the User Content you create. You are responsible for that content and must have all rights and permissions necessary to upload, publish or share it.

You must not submit content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, confidentiality obligations or other rights of another person.

License required to operate D.O.M.

By submitting User Content, you grant Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, display and technically process that content only as reasonably necessary to:

• operate and provide D.O.M
• display content according to your selected audience and privacy settings
• deliver content to other users
• maintain backups and technical continuity
• moderate content and investigate reported violations
• comply with applicable law and lawful requests
• protect users, D.O.M. and third parties

This license does not permit D.O.M. to sell your original content as an independent product.

The license ends when content is deleted from active systems, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety, moderation records or protection of other users’ rights.

Public and private content

Content designated as public may be viewed by people without a D.O.M. account and may be indexed by search engines.

Private messages are intended for their selected recipients, but no online communication system can guarantee absolute confidentiality, security or uninterrupted delivery.

You must not use private communications to threaten, harass, exploit, defraud or unlawfully monitor another person.

Acceptable conduct

You must use D.O.M. lawfully, respectfully and consistently with the purposes of the ecosystem.

You must not:

• threaten, harass, intimidate or persecute another person
• promote hatred or violence against persons or groups
• exploit or endanger children or vulnerable persons
• publish sexual exploitation material or non-consensual intimate content
• impersonate another person, church, organization or member of clergy
• falsely claim religious authority, ordination, office or official representation
• conduct fraud, phishing, deception or financial manipulation
• distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• collect user data through scraping or automated means without authorization
• send spam, mass solicitation or repetitive unwanted communications
• interfere with the operation, security or availability of D.O.M
• publish another person’s confidential or identifying information without authorization
• violate copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights
• use D.O.M. to arrange, encourage or conceal unlawful activity
• evade moderation measures or create accounts to bypass restrictions
• manipulate engagement, reports or platform processes
• use D.O.M. in a manner that creates a material risk to users, communities or the service

Different Christian beliefs, traditions and theological positions may be discussed. Religious disagreement does not justify threats, harassment, humiliation or targeted abuse.

Clergy and religious organizations

D.O.M. may provide verification or identification features for clergy, churches and religious organizations.

Verification means only that D.O.M. reviewed selected information or documentation according to the process available at that time. It does not constitute:

• endorsement of a person’s theology, conduct or statements
• a guarantee of ordination, authority, competence or good standing
• certification by every Christian confession or jurisdiction
• a guarantee that information will remain accurate indefinitely
• acceptance of responsibility for the independent actions of that person or organization

D.O.M. may suspend or remove verification where information is inaccurate, outdated, disputed or inconsistent with verification requirements.

Pastoral communication and religious services

D.O.M. may allow users to contact clergy, request pastoral meetings, register for events or express interest in religious services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, D.O.M. provides the technical communication environment and is not itself the individual provider of pastoral, liturgical or religious services.

A request made through D.O.M. does not guarantee:

• acceptance by a member of clergy or organization
• availability at a requested time
• performance of a religious rite or service
• recognition of the service by a particular confession
• confidentiality equivalent to a legally protected professional privilege

Questions concerning religious eligibility, preparation, recognition or participation are determined by the relevant clergy member, church or religious organization.

No emergency, medical or professional service

D.O.M. is not an emergency response service. Communications through D.O.M. do not replace emergency assistance, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice or other regulated professional services.

If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact the emergency services available in your location.

Pastoral or spiritual communication through D.O.M. must not be treated as a substitute for qualified medical, psychological, legal or financial assistance.

Events, bookings and communications

Event organizers and participating organizations are responsible for the events they create unless D.O.M. expressly identifies itself as the organizer.

Event details may change, including time, location, availability and participation requirements. Users are responsible for confirming information directly with the organizer where necessary.

D.O.M. does not guarantee the attendance, conduct or performance of another user, clergy member or organization.

Audio and video communication may rely on third-party or shared technical infrastructure and may be affected by network conditions, device compatibility or external service availability.

Service provided as is

D.O.M. is provided strictly on an “as is”, “as available”, “with all faults” and “where available” basis.

Users receive access only to the functions, condition, configuration, capacity and availability that D.O.M. provides at the relevant time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation does not promise or warrant that D.O.M.:

• will meet any user’s personal expectations, preferences, assumptions or intended purposes
• will operate in the manner a user believes it should operate
• will include, retain or develop any particular function
• will be available continuously or at any particular time
• will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, complete or free from defects
• will be compatible with every device, browser, network, jurisdiction or third-party service
• will preserve every item of content, message, file, setting or account state indefinitely
• will produce any particular religious, pastoral, social, organizational or personal result

A difference between the actual operation of D.O.M. and a user’s subjective expectations does not, by itself, constitute a defect, breach, misrepresentation or failure by the Corporation.

No service-level commitment

Unless Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation expressly enters into a separate written agreement stating otherwise, D.O.M. provides no service-level commitment, uptime guarantee, response-time guarantee, support-time guarantee, recovery-time guarantee or commitment to maintain a particular feature.

Estimates, roadmaps, announcements, demonstrations, screenshots, plans and descriptions of possible future functions are informational only and do not create contractual obligations.

Changes and discontinuation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation may at any time and without liability:

• modify, replace or remove functions
• change interfaces, workflows or technical requirements
• limit availability by user, territory, language, confession, organization or device
• suspend maintenance or support for any function
• reset, migrate or reorganize technical systems
• discontinue all or part of D.O.M
• impose or change reasonable operational limits

Where mandatory law requires prior notice, notice will be provided only to the extent required by that law.

User expectations, requests and suggestions

D.O.M. does not undertake to adapt the service to the individual expectations, preferences or interpretations of any user.

Dissatisfaction with design, functionality, speed, availability, structure, moderation approach or future development does not create a right to demand that D.O.M. be changed.

Users may submit requests, ideas, proposals and suggestions. Such communications:

• are voluntary
• do not create an obligation to respond, implement or compensate
• do not constitute notice of contractual breach merely because a requested change is not made
• may be considered or rejected at the Corporation’s sole discretion

Except for rights and remedies that cannot be excluded by law, a user dissatisfied with D.O.M. may stop using the affected function, stop using D.O.M., close the account, or submit a request or suggestion for future consideration.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation disclaims all express, implied and statutory warranties and conditions relating to D.O.M., including warranties or conditions of:

• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• satisfactory quality
• accuracy
• availability
• uninterrupted operation
• non-infringement
• compatibility
• security
• data preservation
• results
• conformity with a user’s expectations

No statement, communication, support response, publication or information supplied through D.O.M. creates a warranty unless expressly identified as a binding warranty in a written agreement authorized by Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation.

Where applicable law does not permit exclusion of a particular warranty or condition, it applies only to the minimum extent required by law.

Assumption of risk

You use D.O.M. voluntarily and at your own risk.

You are responsible for evaluating:

• whether D.O.M. is appropriate for your purposes
• what information you publish or communicate
• whether you rely on information supplied by another user
• whether you communicate with a particular person, clergy member, church or organization
• whether you participate in an event, meeting or activity
• whether you maintain independent copies of important content or records

You acknowledge that online services may experience errors, interruptions, security incidents, data loss, unauthorized access, incompatibility and changes in functionality.

No responsibility for independent persons and organizations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, representations, beliefs, teachings, advice, promises, services or conduct of users, clergy, churches, religious communities, charitable initiatives, event organizers, external organizations or third-party service providers.

Verification, identification, listing, access or presence within D.O.M. does not constitute endorsement, supervision, guarantee or acceptance of responsibility for any person or organization.

Release concerning interactions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation from claims arising solely from disputes, communications, arrangements, meetings, events, transactions or relationships between you and another user, clergy member, church, community, organization or third party.

This release does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or where a claim results directly from conduct for which the Corporation is legally responsible.

Content moderation

D.O.M. may review, restrict, label, reduce the visibility of, remove or preserve content where reasonably necessary to:

• enforce these Terms or the Community Rules
• respond to user reports
• protect users or vulnerable persons
• prevent fraud, abuse or security threats
• address intellectual property complaints
• comply with applicable law or lawful orders
• preserve evidence
• maintain the integrity and operation of the service

D.O.M. may use automated tools, human review or a combination of both. D.O.M. does not undertake to review all content before publication, and the presence of content does not mean that D.O.M. endorses it.

Account restrictions

D.O.M. may restrict functions, remove verification, limit distribution, suspend an account or terminate access where reasonably necessary because a user:

• materially or repeatedly violates these Terms
• creates a serious risk to another person
• uses D.O.M. for fraud, exploitation or unlawful conduct
• interferes with security or operation of the service
• evades previous enforcement measures
• provides materially false verification information
• is subject to a lawful order requiring restriction
• creates legal or safety risks that cannot reasonably be addressed by a less restrictive measure

Where legally required, D.O.M. will provide notice of the reason and information about available review or appeal procedures.

Reports and appeals

Users may report content, accounts, messages or conduct they believe violates these Terms, Community Rules or applicable law.

Reports should contain sufficient information to identify the relevant content or conduct. Abuse of reporting or appeal systems, including coordinated false reports or knowingly misleading submissions, is prohibited.

Intellectual property

The D.O.M. name, visual identity, original interface, design, software, databases, documentation and other original project materials belong to Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not grant users ownership of or unrestricted rights to D.O.M. intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, sell, license, reverse engineer or commercially exploit D.O.M. software or original project materials except where permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing.

Third-party names, trademarks, software and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Copyright complaints

A person who believes content available through D.O.M. infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights may submit a notice identifying the protected work, allegedly infringing material, its location, contact information, basis for the claim and a good-faith statement.

D.O.M. may remove or restrict content while reviewing a complaint. Knowingly submitting false or misleading complaints may result in account restrictions and legal responsibility.

Third-party services

Some D.O.M. functions may rely on third-party infrastructure, software, payment providers, communication services, maps, authentication systems or external links.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. D.O.M. is not responsible for independent third-party services it does not control.

Donations, payments and paid services

D.O.M. may introduce donations, paid services, event payments or other financial functions governed by additional terms presented before a transaction.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a donation is voluntary and does not create a right to receive a particular service, religious benefit or decision.

Availability and operational changes

D.O.M. is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, add, suspend or discontinue functions for operational, security, legal, financial, pastoral or organizational reasons.

We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance or compatibility with every device or location.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors and service providers will not be liable for:

• indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive damages
• loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, reputation or goodwill
• loss, corruption, disclosure or unavailability of data or content
• loss resulting from reliance on user-generated, religious, pastoral or third-party information
• conduct of users, clergy, churches, organizations or event organizers
• interruption, delay, error, incompatibility or discontinuation of D.O.M
• unauthorized access not directly caused by the Corporation’s failure to comply with a mandatory legal duty
• failure of internet access, hosting, communication, authentication, payment or other third-party infrastructure
• a user’s dissatisfaction with the design, functions, availability or development of D.O.M

These exclusions apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if the possibility of loss was known or foreseeable.

Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation arising out of or relating to D.O.M. and these Terms will not exceed the greater of: the total amount, if any, paid directly by the user to Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation for the relevant D.O.M. service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim;

USD 100.

This limit applies collectively to all claims arising from the same or related events and is not increased by the number of legal theories, proceedings or affected functions.

Mandatory-law exception

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits liability, rights or remedies to the extent such exclusion, restriction or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

This includes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by legally actionable conduct, and mandatory consumer, privacy or digital-service obligations.

Where a limitation is not fully enforceable, it applies to the maximum extent permitted by law rather than being disregarded entirely.

User indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from:

• your unlawful use of D.O.M
• your User Content
• your violation of another person’s rights
• your fraud, impersonation or misrepresentation
• your organization of an event or independent provision of a service
• your violation of these Terms

This obligation does not require a consumer to indemnify the Corporation for the Corporation’s own legally established misconduct where prohibited by law.

Closing your account

You may stop using D.O.M. and request account deletion through available account tools or the support process.

Account deletion may not immediately remove content retained in another user’s lawful conversation history, records required for security or legal compliance, moderation records, information preserved temporarily in backups, or content D.O.M. is legally required to retain.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections applicable under the law of their country of residence.

Where permitted by law, disputes concerning these Terms or D.O.M. will be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction in the State of Wyoming.

Changes to these Terms

D.O.M. may update these Terms to reflect changes in the ecosystem, law, safety requirements, organizational structure or available services.

Where a change materially affects users’ rights or obligations, D.O.M. will provide notice to the extent and in the manner required by applicable law.

Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree with an update, you may stop using D.O.M. and close your account.
